WHAT ARE THE REPRESENTATIVE AREAS?

To comply with the certification criteria, the farm undertakes to reserve Representative/Conservation Areas with an extension of not lower than 10% of the company's forest area. In these areas, the local flora and fauna can grow naturally, and the only management interventions are aimed at avoiding ruins, weeds or fires. The current representative areas are all owned or directly managed by the farm, with the exception of Parco Oglio Sud and the Cremonese Hydraulic Consortium situated within Parco Oglio Nord Park, which are regulated by an agreement.
